Born in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Arthur grew up in western Canada before moving to the US to attend UC Berkeley where he graduated summa cum laude with degrees in Rhetoric, Mass Communications, and a minor in Theatre. Wanting to further hone his craft, he was accepted into the USC MFA conservatory acting program, where he would train and perform in dozens of productions ranging from Shakespeare to Stoppard to Rebeck. Upon graduation, he quickly began working in television and theatre, performing on stages across The United States while accruing increasingly significant TV credits. Most recently, Arthur appeared as a core cast member on Lucky Hank starring Bob Odenkirk, on AMC, playing English professor Teddy Washington-Chen. Arthur lives in Los Angeles.
