Arthur was born in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada but spent time growing up in cities all over western Canada.
Moving to the United States to attend UC Berkeley, Arthur performed in several school and student productions over the course of his four years, earning him The Ogden Award from the Department of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies.
After graduating from Berkeley, Arthur went on to perform in numerous productions all over the Bay Area including shows at the California Shakespeare Theatre, Center Repertory Theatre, and SF Playhouse as well as becoming a company member with PlayGround SF, one of the nation’s leading producers of new works.

During his time there he was awarded the Distinguished Scholar Award from the USC Asian Pacific Alumni Association. Graduating with his MFA, Arthur now continues to pursue his acting career in Los Angeles.
